Our web shop is extremely busy! Thank you very much for that. We want to ensure you that online orders will continue to be processed the way you’re used to. The supply of our warehouse is ongoing as always, our employees are there to process your order and our delivery services are active to deliver all parcels to your home. The return and cancellation of orders are the same as you’re used to.
Due to the high amount of website visitors and online orders it could take a bit longer for your order to be completed. We are doing everything we can to keep up with demand and make sure you receive your order within the communicated delivery time. Because we and some of our suppliers and carriers have new challenges, it may take a bit longer for you to receive your order. We try to keep you posted if this happens.
When your ordered product is in stock at Baby Plus it will be send within 1-3 business days. Your order – depending on its carrier (PostNL, DPD or DHL) – will be delivered the following business day. In some cases (extreme order amounts, holidays, strikes etc.) your order may experience delay. In those cases Baby Plus is completely dependent on its carrier. If your order has been delayed we would like to ask for your understanding.
Please note: in some cases our website may display a delivery time based on an incorrect stock. It may seem your product is in stock where in fact it is not. If this is the case and delivery time is longer than showed on our webshop we’ll contact you with a new expected delivery time. Please know that in any case you’re able to wait on your order or to cancel it when you see fit.
Not all products are kept in stock by Baby Plus. Therefore some products must be ordered at our suppliers before finding its way to our central warehouse and eventually to your doorstep. In those cases Baby Plus is dependent on its supplier. In any case we always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. You will always receive an email (check your spam folder) with the expected delivery time. If you do not concur with this delivery please know that you can cancel your order at any time. We will then refund the payed amount on the account which from it was payed.
Baby Plus does not keep furniture in stock. The delivery time on furniture is therefore longer than most products (1-2 weeks). Baby Plus only delivers furniture within the Netherlands. For the exact delivery time of furniture please contact us by telephone or email. We’ll make sure to provide you with the exact delivery time. We will contact you when your order arrives at our store. We deliver the furniture ourselves, this way we try to limit the chance of damaging the furniture. We contact you via e-mail with a date and time that we want to deliver your order. Please note: we only deliver furniture in the Netherlands. If you live abroad please contact us, so we can see if there is anything we can do for you.
