How do I place an order?

To place your order at Baby Plus please follow these easy steps:

  • Visit the page of the product you’d like to purchase and place the product in your shopping cart by clicking ‘Add to basket’.
  • Do some more shopping or click on ‘View basket’ in the top-right of your screen.
  • Check your order and proceed by clicking on ‘Checkout’.
  • Fill out your details and choose your payment method.
  • Click on ‘Place order’.
  • Complete the payment with your chosen payment method.
  • You will return to the confirmation page and receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder).
  • All done!

I’ve placed an order, but haven’t received a confirmation. What should I do?

You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from Baby Plus. Check if the confirmation e-mail is in your spam folder. Still can’t find the e-mail? Contact customer service to check if your order has arrived.

I’ve placed an order, can I add or remove something?

It’s possible to make adjustments in your order when your order isn’t shipped yet. Please contact the customer service to add or remove items from your order. Once your order is shipped, contact the customer service to return or exchange your order. You can find more information about returning and exchanging an order here.

What’s the status of my order?

Once an online order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation on the e-mail address provided. This contains all the information about your order. Once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an e-mail that the order has been completed. You will receive an e-mail from the delivery service with the track & trace link.

Where’s my order?

At the moment your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you’ll find a track & trace link to follow your package. The first updates on your package usually show the evening of the date your package is shipped. If you haven’t received the track & trace link, or if you have any problems tracing the package please contact the customer service.

Can I cancel my order?

It’s possible to cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact customer service to cancel the order. If the order has been shipped, refuse the parcel at delivery so that it’s returned to Baby Plus. If the order has already been delivered, contact customer service to return the order.
