Baby Plus carefully selects its items on quality and safety. But of course it’s possible that you’re unsatisfied with the articles you’ve received or that or that a defect occurs during your warranty period. If this happens we would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible.
Mediation of complaints
At Baby Plus we always do our very best to give the best customer service and try to come up with a solution for more complicated issues. If somehow you and Baby Plus can’t come to an understanding, please note that you’re free to contact our affiliated partner Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Since February 15th 2016 it’s also possible for all EU consumers to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Committee. When the complaint isn’t yet under consideration elsewhere, you’re free to filing the complaint via the European Union platform.
