What’s the delivery time?

Products in stock

When your ordered product is in stock at Baby Plus it will be send within 1-3 business days. Your order – depending on its carrier (PostNL, DPD or DHL) – will be delivered the following business day. In some cases (extreme order amounts, holidays, strikes etc.) your order may experience delay. In those cases Baby Plus is completely dependent on its carrier. If your order has been delayed we would like to ask for your understanding. Please note: in some cases our website may display a delivery time based on an incorrect stock. It may seem your product is in stock where in fact it is not. If this is the case and delivery time is longer than showed on our webshop we’ll contact you with a new expected delivery time. Please know that in any case you’re able to wait on your order or to cancel it when you see fit.

Products not in stock

Not all products are kept in stock by Baby Plus. Therefore some products must be ordered at our suppliers before finding its way to our central warehouse and eventually to your doorstep. In those cases Baby Plus is dependent on its supplier. In any case we always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. You will always receive an email (check your spam folder) with the expected delivery time. If you do not concur with this delivery please know that you can cancel your order at any time. We will then refund the paid amount on the account which from it was paid.

What’s the delivery time of furniture?

Baby Plus doesn’t keep furniture in stock. The delivery time on furniture is therefore longer than most products (1-2 weeks). Baby Plus only delivers furniture within the Netherlands. For the exact delivery time of furniture please contact our customer service by telephone or email. We’ll make sure to provide you with the exact delivery time. Please note: we only deliver furniture in the Netherlands. If you live abroad please contact us, so we can see if there is anything we can do for you.

Can I change the delivery address?

If the order hasn’t yet been shipped, it’s possible to change the delivery address. Please contact customer service to change the delivery address. Once the order has been sent, it depends on the carrier whether you can change the delivery address. In some cases, you can do so via the track & trace link you receive or you can choose to have the parcel delivered to a pick-up point. Please note: if you chose for the payment method Klarna, it’s not possible to change the delivery address.

I haven’t received a track & trace link. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received a track & trace link, please contact our customer service to check the status of your order.

Can I pick-up my order?

You can pick your order up in our store in Haarlem or in our warehouse in Zwaag. Choose the option ‘Pick up on location’ when you order online. How does order pick-up work at Baby Plus?

  1. Place an order on our webshop
  2. Choose the option ‘Pick up on location’
  3. Choose your preferred location
    1. Store in Haarlem
    2. Warehouse in Zwaag
  4. Finish your order
  5. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready at the chosen location. Please have the order number at hand when picking up your order.

You’ll receive an e-mail when your order is ready at the warehouse in Zwaag. The address of the warehouse is Corantijn 37D, 1689 AN in Zwaag.

Pick up order in store Haarlem

If you pick up your order in our store in Haarlem, just walk up to the cash register and one of the staff members will be happy to help you. The address of the store is Kleine Houtstraat 14, 2011 DM Haarlem.

What should I do when my order is incomplete or not working?

Baby Plus will exchange the item for you or send you the missing item. Please fill out our contact form with a clear description of your product’s defect(s). If possible attach a photo or video which clearly show the defect. Note the serial number if available. This will help speed up the process of the repair or exchange of your product. We aim to offer a suitable solution within 1-3 business days.

How is furniture delivered?

Once your order of furniture arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to make a delivery appointment. We deliver furniture ourselves, this way we try to limit the chance of damaging the furniture and stay flexible. In some cases we may choose send your order via an external carrier. In that case, you’ll receive a track & trace link by e-mail. Please note: we only deliver furniture in the Netherlands. If you live abroad please contact us, so we can see if there is anything we can do for you.

Does Baby Plus have an assembly service?

No, Baby Plus doesn’t have an assembly service.
