What’s the return period for online orders?

Articles bought in the webshop can be returned to the warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order.

Is returning free of charge?

Returning an order to the Baby Plus warehouse in Zwaag is free of charge.

How do I return an online order?

Would you like to return an online order? If so, please contact customer service by e-mail or telephone. You will receive a return label by e-mail to return the parcel free of charge. Add the packing slip to the parcel so Baby Plus has all the information it needs to process the return quickly. Please note: remove the original parcel seal that Baby Plus attached to the box before returning the parcel.

Can I return a store purchase to the Baby Plus warehouse?

No, that’s not possible. It’s only possible to return store purchases to the store in Haarlem. You can find more information about returning items bought in the store here.

What are the return conditions for an online order?

If you wish to return your online order, you are requested to keep the packaging of the items and return the items in an original condition as possible. Add the packing slip to the package. Returned items will only be accepted if they are undamaged and unused. When in doubt, contact our customer service within 30 days.

Where can I find the return label?

Contact customer service and you will receive the return label by e-mail.

I’ve lost the receipt or invoice, can I still return or exchange my order?

If you’ve lost the packing slip, write down the order number, name and address on a piece of paper and place it in the return parcel. This way, Baby Plus has the necessary details to process the return shipment. You can find the order number in the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

What’s the status of my return?

You’ll be informed of the status of your return by e-mail. Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The purchase amount will then be refunded.

I would like to return furniture, how does that work?

If the furniture meets the return conditions (in original packaging and unused condition), it can be returned. Depending on the size of the furniture, you bring it back yourself to a carrier point or the furniture will be collected. Please contact customer service to register your furniture return. The customer service staff will inform you about the return method. If furniture is collected, it will be picked up by Baby Plus as soon as possible. Please note that this may take a few days from the time you register your return.

I’ve returned or cancelled my order, how soon will I receive a refund?

After receiving your return, the purchase amount and any shipping costs will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of reporting the return. The same payment method will be used for the refund, unless you agree to another method. The refund is free of charge for you.

Can I exchange an article?

Do you not like the colour of the item you ordered and would you prefer a different colour? Please contact our customer service to exchange the article. If the article you want isn’t in stock, Baby Plus will be happy to help you find an alternative. If the value is higher or lower, the amount will be settled. You will receive a payment link to pay the remaining amount or a partial refund.

What’s the status of my exchange request?

You’ll be informed of the status of your exchange request by e-mail. As soon as your returned order has been received and the new item has been sent, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
