How do I place a product review?

After completing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from Trusted Shops to write a review about your purchase. In the e-mail you will find a link to the review form where you can indicate whether you like your purchase.

How do I place a company review?

After completing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from Trusted Shops to review Baby Plus on service level. In the e-mail you’ll find a link to the review form where you can rate your experience regarding the order process.

Are the product and company reviews authentic?

All reviews are checked by Trusted Shops against strict submission criteria. For example, reviews can only be posted if customers have had a direct experience with the company and reviews are checked by Trusted Shops before being published. How does Trusted Shops handle personal data?

When you start a subscription for the Buyer Protection, Trusted Shops collects data to provide you with protection on your purchases. Reviews you post are visible to everyone, the personal data is not. After cancellation of the Buyer Protection subscription, further processing of the data is restricted and the data is deleted after the expiry of the relevant legal retention obligation.

If you don’t have the Buyer Protection, Trusted Shops may receive your e-mail address, order number and order date to send a review request on behalf of a store. In this case, Trusted Shops will automatically delete your data after 90 days. Further information on the handling of personal data can be found at the Trusted Shops website.
