Return conditions

If you’re not satisfied with the purchase, you have the option of returning an online order to the warehouse and returning a store purchase in our store in Haarlem. Returning items is only possible in the following cases:

• Within 30 days of receiving or buying an article.
• Items are in the original packaging.
• The labels/tags are still attached.
• The items are undamaged and unused.
• The items are in an original and sellable condition as possible.
• Upon presentation of the original receipt or invoice.

Return exceptions

Items listed below may not be returned:

• Hygiene items of which the seal is broken, such as:
• • Mattresses
  • Breast pumps
  • Breast pads
  • Nipple shields
  • Straws
  • Thermometers
  • Bottle teats
  • Bottle warmers
  • Pacifiers
  • Face masks
• (Unused) gift cards
• SALE clothing, bought in the store, must be returned within 14 days

If in doubt, please contact customer service in advance, within 30 days.
