Return conditions

If you’re not satisfied with the purchase, you have the option of returning an online order to the warehouse and returning a store purchase in our store in Haarlem. Returning items is only possible in the following cases:

Within 30 days of receiving or buying an article.
Items are in the original packaging.
The labels/tags are still attached.
The items are undamaged and unused.
The items are in an original and sellable condition as possible.
Upon presentation of the original receipt or invoice.

Return exceptions

Items listed below may not be returned:

Hygiene items of which the seal is broken, such as:
- Mattresses
- Breast pumps
- Breast pads
- Nipple shields
- Straws
- Thermometers
- Bottle teats
- Bottle warmers
- Pacifiers
- Face masks
(Unused) gift cards
SALE clothing, bought in the store, must be returned within 14 days

If in doubt, please contact customer service in advance, within 30 days.
